I have developed a booking system, ACBookings, that fulfils all my booking client and customer needs. The services required for this project covered a comprehensive array of solutions, including graphic design, web design, system development, and marketing solutions. The aim was to develop a robust system and establish user-friendly techniques in which the salon can enhance, speed up, and eliminate administrative time. The process involved making, notifying, and tracking bookings, taking deposits, saving time, managing schedules, cancellations, receipts, and monitoring final payments. A trustworthy software was created that not only custom-served my client’s needs by taking deposits to prevent loss of cancellations but also effectively engaged their clients, easing the process of scheduling, booking, and paying for their treatments while discovering different treatments and picking their preferred stylist, timeslots, and taking note of cancellation policies, while also being able to reschedule and schedule future payments in advance.
